At Lisa Says Gah, we want you to love your independent designer finds, but we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges if the fit isn't quite right. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a refund.

Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size.

Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a similar protective mailer.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
